Heidi Hilton is the advanced silks trainer for Little Apple Aerials.  Heidi has always had great interest in combining her love of nutrition(1998 KSU dietetics degree), art of dance, and lastly when her husband introduced her to circus arts the amazing possibilities of aerial silks.  Heidi is a former professional dancer and current dance teacher and director of Bates Dance Studios and Kansas State University Classy Cats.
