Want a taste of what aerials is like before choosing a class? Come to one of our FREE 25-minute classes, where we take you through a small taste of our aerial training sessions. The class is designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike, who are wanting to try before they buy. We promise you, once you get a taste of flight; it will be hard to come back down to earth! The only drops you have to experience is watching our instructor dazzle you with what is possible with our training.
*While you will become familiar with our techniques and training styles, this class is NOT meant to be a replacement for our hour-long classes available.

Casual Flight Basics (Level 0)- (60 minute class); 4-week intro class
Want to join the world of aerial arts but have no idea where to start? Or, maybe you want to get away from the mundane and spice up your fitness routine with something exciting and fun? LAA is the place to be! This one-hour class is taught on silks, also known as tissu, and will provide a solid foundation for aerial silks. Learn the basis of aerial silks while getting a full body workout and performing some elements of skills seen in Cirque du Soleil shows!. No experience needed. All levels of fitness are welcome. Come fly with us!
Prerequisite: None.
“I want to try something new and fun!”
Flight Basics (Level 1) Duration: 60 Minutes
Note: Must pass compulsory to move to the next level
This is a required class for all beginning students. Students will be introduced to basic silks conditioning, how to climb and descend the silks safely, and beginner poses/skills with a single foot lock. Students will be able to execute compulsory skills before moving on to our next level class, Beginning Flight Training.
Prerequisite: None
Beginner Flight Training (Level 2) Duration: 60 Minutes
Note: Must pass compulsory to move to the next level
This class will expand on climbs, technique, poses, and conditioning from our Flight Basics Class. Emphasis will be given to safety in tricks, great technical form, the addition of double foot locks, hip keys and other higher level tricks. Aerial choreography/dance will be taught to students helping them to transition between skills and make their movements more graceful and seamless.
Prerequisite: LAA Flight Basics and/or approval of instructor.
Intermediate Flight Training (Level 3) Duration: 60 Minutes
Note: Must pass compulsory to move to the next level
This class will expand on techniques learned in Beginning Flight Training. Students will start learning drops, inversions, and other higher level skills. Students at this level should be able to climb and descend safely and with confidence, execute Flight Basics’ and Beginning Flight Training’ compulsory routines with ease and be ready to start learning intermediate skills and basic drops. Higher level conditioning will be included, as well as aerial choreography/dance.
Prerequisite: LAA Beginning Flight Training and/or approval of instructor.
“I’m interested in sharpening my skills as an aerialist, and want to get professional level training!”
Advanced Flight Training (Level 4) Duration: 60 Minutes
This class is for intermediate/advanced level students looking to solidify technique, learn higher level skills and drops, work on musicality, and improve movement quality.
Prerequisite: LAA Intermediate Flight Training and/or approval of instructor.

Aerials Strength and Conditioning Duration: 30 minutes
Build your aerial capacity in this fast-paced conditioning class! Join us for this half-hour exercise session, designed to help you increase strength in a fun-filled environment. Come prepared to sweat!
This class serves as a supplementary course to the basic flight training series.
Aerials Flexibility Duration: 30 minutes
This class is designed to increase your mobility and strength for aerial training. Aerial art can require an advanced level of flexibility, along with a strong core. This class is designed to safely guide you through active stretching exercises to build healthy, fluid movements. Flexibility and Mobility work together to give you an extended range-of-motion; whether on the ground or in the air!
This class serves as a supplementary course to the basic flight training series.
These classes are for the students who want to grace the stage!

Aerobatics(Stunt Flying) (Levels 5-7) Duration: 60 Minutes
This class is for those LAA students interested in training to become professional aerialist performers for LAA productions, which includes corporate shows, party events, weddings, special performances during certain holiday events, etc.
Aerobatic Dance (Pre-professional Routine Work) (Levels 5-7)

Ready to perform for an audience? This class is designed to help you create an act for a public audience! Whether for fun or as a part of our professional performance service, we will assist in the development and execution of the act! Costumes, Hook, Music Selection, Insurance and more are included!
